Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. Pre-order items require 8–10 business days before shipping.
Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery takes 10–15 business days on average. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Shipping rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The shipping rate will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking: Tracking information becomes available 2–3 business days after your order is placed. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.
Address changes: Address updates can be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, changes are no longer possible. Orders lost due to an incorrect address cannot be refunded; reshipment is available for a 15% fee.
Customs fees: Any import taxes or customs duties are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
